AJM Healthcare re-awarded CECOPS accreditation for wheelchair service


AJM Healthcare has been re-awarded CECOPS (Community Equipment Code of Practice Scheme) accreditation for its North West London Wheelchair Service.

CECOPS is a user-led, independent certification and standards body, which aims to raise the standard of all assistive technology services; community equipment, wheelchair and seating services, telecare, telehealth and communication aids across the UK, and beyond.

a further three years highlights the great service that the team in Park Royal continues to deliver.

“By focussing on continuous improvement and partnership and engagement, we continue to provide a high-quality service, with input from our service users at its core.”

The assessment of the service said: “The commissioner is very proud of the joint work with the service provider and service user forum which results in improvements to service delivery, to better meet service users’ needs. The members of the forum are satisfied that AJM listens and responds and is constructively working with service users to improve the service. Staff involvement in the forum was commended.”
