Ableworld’s store in Congleton, Cheshire, has successfully relocated to a nearby premises which is more than double the size of its former site.
The store has also undergone a facelift and an improved store layout which has allowed the showroom to include more product ranges and offer an easier and more pleasant retail experience.
Ableworld Congleton’s new location is just 200 yards from the former site in what was previously a Bargain Booze and the Post Office.
The new store has ample free parking and is easy and convenient to reach. The shop is run by store manager, Linda Laycock, and assistant manager, Mark Speake.
A full range of products is stocked including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, adjustable beds and riser recliner chairs, as well as many smaller items to help with day to day tasks.
The retailer opened its largest-ever store last year – a 6,000 square foot site in Llandudno, North Wales. The shop has room for a café, meeting room and even a scooter test track.
It has also been running a programme of relocating and expanding a number of its current sites.
In the last year Ableworld has been concentrating on its present portfolio by enlarging the sales spaces in stores including Newport and Crewe by taking over neighbours’ space.
