Ableworld addresses customer COVID concerns as autumn promotion goes live

Ableworld was keen to show its understanding around coronavirus concerns to customers as it launched its autumn promotion.

In explaining how the autumn is the “ideal time” to visit Ableworld in store, the large mobility equipment retailer is providing an online ordering service on its website for those who are still worried about the pandemic.

The announcement explained: “This Autumn is the ideal time to visit us in store, with new offers such as 3 for 2 on selected Continence Care and our large mobility range we are sure to have the ideal product for you or your loved one.

“We understand that some of our customers are still feeling worried about the pandemic, and are not yet able to visit us in store.

“We are overcoming this by providing our online ordering service on our Ableworld website, and providing free home demonstrations on our larger products. All our staff are following hygiene guidelines and will only come into your home if you feel comfortable with it.”

It added: “If you have any questions, or would like a catalogue or leaflet posting out then please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to help with any mobility queries.”
