Wilcare has bolstered its team by taking on another of the managing director’s daughters, who is being brought in as an administrative assistant.
Molly Kiff will join sister Lauren Kiff, who is office manager. Together, the two sisters, daughters of Anthony Kiff, run the company’s admin team of ten, handling orders, enquiries and ensuring the smooth running of the ship “at a time of continued growth”.
Molly, who is aged 18, joins Wilcare after achieving A-levels in Food Technology and Photography as well as a Welsh Baccalaureate, from Cowbridge Comprehensive School, in the Vale of Glamorgan, close to Wilcare’s manufacturing base.
In her new role. Molly is involved in customer service, processing orders, purchasing and liaising with the Wilcare sales, production and management team.
Asked what she likes most about working at Wilcare, Molly said: “It’s great to be working as a family in the business I have grown up with.
“The people here are really friendly, which helps even when we are so busy and I am enjoying picking up new skills, in terms of the software systems we use to handle sales and admin here.
“Speaking with customers on the phone has also boosted my confidence which is great as well.”
