Lift specialist Stiltz Lifts has announced a new dealer support team following the launch of its training programme last year.
The new team is designed to work with the mobility equipment retailer network and aid the development of a strong relationship with the company.
Stiltz launched its Technical Training Dealer Programme two months ago to enable partners to successfully install the firm’s lifts into client’s homes.
The cross-discipline team is led by Gino Farruggio, national sales manager and covers technical training, marketing support and customer service.
It has invested in its own purpose-built training facility at Kingswinford. The engineers receive classroom training and hands-on installation training in the mezzanine area where the Stiltz product range is installed. This area also doubles up as a sales training zone where sales staff can attend product sales and surveyor training courses.
The training school is run by technical support manager, Rob Pinion, who has been involved in engineering for nearly two decades since first joining the British Army’s Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in 1998.
The Stiltz Lifts Technical Training Dealer Programme is held on demand at the company’s headquarters in Kingswinford, West Midlands.
