TGA enlists new northern sales boss to grow business among dealers

TGA Mobility’s new area sales manager for the North of England, Kieran Baines, has been  specifically selected because he is from outside of the mobility sector, which the company hopes will provide a platform for a fresh and different approach.

Baines, who is 29, will deliver trade support to TGA’s dealer network and he will be using his retail sales and business development experience to grow business with northern dealers.

The new sales manager said that so far he is “thoroughly enjoying” his new role and has already met several dealers as part of his tour of the region introducing himself.

“The area I cover is very familiar to me so understanding local needs and market trends should come naturally as I continue to learn. I am working closely with Tim Ross, TGA’s national sales manager, and the other area sales managers to ensure my offering adheres to the trusted TGA ethos,” Baines said.

He added: “My mission will be to build long term relationships with TGA dealers so they benefit from value and results that grow over time. Despite being new to the industry I can clearly appreciate the quality of TGA scooters. Combined with the nationwide strength of the TGA brand I feel confident in delivering a tangible difference for dealers.”

Meanwhile, TGA’s managing director Daniel Stone said: “We are delighted that Kieran has joined TGA, he promises to become a key asset for both us and our valued dealers. He is a dedicated individual that combines acumen with compassion – a vital set of skills for this trade role. Dealers in the north can now look forward to receiving an even better level of trade service and support.”
