WAV supplier Lewis Reed has become the third company in the UK to receive recognition as an official Volkswagen WAV converter.
To achieve this certification Lewis Reed underwent an extensive audit to ensure it complied with VW’s commercial and technical standards.
The audit, which covers all aspects of the conversion process from the initial design and build through to after-sales support, ensures every converted vehicle meets the VW’s standards.
“Everyone here at Lewis Reed is delighted to have received this accreditation from VW. We all take great pride in every vehicle conversion we complete and the difference it makes to people’s quality of life, and this latest recognition is the latest in a long list of approvals we have received from many leading vehicle manufacturers over the years” commented Peter Scullion, managing director, Lewis Reed.
Lewis Reed currently offers a portfolio of five Volkswagen vehicles, the Caddy life, Caddy Maxi, Caravelle, Shuttle and Transporter Cruiser MKIII.
The Wav converter, which has been converting VWs for the last 18 years, now also converts the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Vito and Seat Alhambras.
