Enable Access will be supporting a new Assisting People using Wheelchairs workshop at the Moving and Handling 2016 conference and exhibition.
The event, which is run by the Disability Living Foundation, runs from February 2-3 at the Amnesty International UK Human Rights Action Centre in London.
Enable Access will present a range of portable and threshold ramps designed to tackle the kerbs and inclines that wheelchair users and their carers would typically face.
Enable Access’ Bethany Claire said the event is an opportunity to demonstrate how to address wheelchair access issues. “We’re extremely excited to be supporting this brand new workshop, I believe it’s a great opportunity to reveal how we can make it easy for you to care,” she said.
“We’ve worked with the DLF for many years now, and are delighted to sponsor this new workshop on such an important topic” says Claire. “We know our clients share in our goal to make society more accessible, and The Moving and Handling People Conference will allow us to interact with them to demonstrate our market-leading technologies.”
