Unforgettable, an online retailer of dementia and living aids, has been recognised for the positive contribution it is making to its customers’ lives, having won a Best for Customers award.
The ecommerce site has already clocked up several awards and is among a top-scoring 10% of BCorp companies.
Unforgettable received the Best for Customers award, alongside companies from 63 different industries and 29 countries, after a comprehensive, independent assessment process.
The awards were given by non-profit organisation B Lab, which serves a global movement of people using business as a force for good. B Lab hopes that one day all companies will compete not only to be the best in the world, but the best for the world, and that society will then enjoy prosperity for all – long term.
Unforgettable will now be featured on B the Change, a digital publication produced by B Lab.
