The awards were given by non-profit organisation B Lab, which serves a global movement of people using business as a force for good. B Lab hopes that one day all companies will compete not only to be the best in the world, but the best for the world, and that society will then enjoy prosperity for all – long term.

Unforgettable will now be featured on B the Change, a digital publication produced by B Lab.

“Companies like Unforgettable are proving that business can be a force for good, for all stakeholders,” said Jay Coen Gilbert, co-founder of B Lab. “We are proud to share their achievement in a meaningful way.”

Meanwhile, Unforgettable’s founder, James Ashwell, commented: “We are absolutely passionate about delivering top quality customer care and delighted that our services to customers have been recognised by such a respected organisation.”
