Community equipment provider AJM Healthcare has launched a new integrated wheelchair service for NHS patients in Milton Keynes.
The new service aims to deliver a safe, effective, responsive and integrated service to meet the needs of service users, their families and carers and available to residents registered with a GP within the Milton Keynes CCG area.
Patients referred to the service receive a full holistic assessment by occupational therapists and rehabilitation engineers through close working with health and social care professionals where required.
Specialist services such as postural seating solutions are available for complex cases. Urgent care pathways and flexible and proactive services for those children and adults with rapidly deteriorating conditions
AJM Healthcare will also provide a full modification, repair and maintenance service.
